Research to improve user experience
By testing the heat transfer to the handle and the heat resistance of the handle when using a heated cast iron pan, we have continuously researched how much the user experience can be improved in the actual user environment.
Instead of a hole in the existing lodge cast iron pan, a larger round hole was provided to make it convenient to store and mount the cast iron pan.
There are machining errors due to bending and distortion in the stage of precision machining of 11mm thin wooden veneer with CNC, and in the case of cast iron pans, the handle thickness is slightly different for each product. If play occurs while the wood fan handle is temporarily assembled, insert a heat-resistant silicone pad as shown in the image above and assemble it.
